Refund/Return Policy

※ Due to product quality or wrong delivery, if you need to return or exchange the goods, no payment is required.

※ Quality issues: Clothes worn for 15 days or washed for 3 times with damages, shoes with glue separation within 60 days; Color difference or damages upon receiving the goods;

※ If you want to exchange the goods due to personal reasons, you need to pay for the return shipping fee.

※ If you want to return the goods due to personal reasons, you need to pay for the shipping fee and handling fee:

  • For 2 items or less, only the shipping fee needs to be paid, no additional handling fee is required;
  • For 3-5 items, a handling fee will be charged (NTD 200/HKD 50);
  • For 6 items or more, a 10% fee will be charged based on the payment amount of the goods (if it is less than NTD 200/HKD 50, NTD 200/HKD 50 will be charged);

 

The following is the return and exchange process in Taiwan:

◎Exchange process: Receive the package → Apply for exchange to customer service (within 15 days of the appreciation period) → Customer service confirms the exchange process → Logistics pick up the package/return to the store by yourself → Exchange goods are ready → Vintage Day sends out the exchange package → Pay the exchange fee when receiving the package.

◎Refund process: Receive the package → Apply for exchange to customer service (within 15 days of the appreciation period) → Customer service confirms the refund process → Logistics pick up the package/return to the store by yourself → Please take a photo of the receipt of the pick-up and send it to customer service → Customer service processes the refund (credit card & PayPal payments will be refunded to the original payment method, cash on delivery will be refunded to the bank account, and a service fee will be deducted).

1. The goods need to be brand new/unused/unwashed/within the 15-day appreciation period (including holidays).
2. The exchange goods may not be in stock. If there is no stock, it may take an additional 3-20 days (excluding holidays), please understand.
3. If you still need to exchange the goods after receiving the exchange goods, you need to bear the round-trip shipping fee for the exchange. If you choose to return the goods, the exchange shipping fee is considered a consumable item and will not be refunded.

The following is the return and exchange process in Hong Kong:

◎Exchange process: Receive the package → Apply for exchange to customer service (within 15 days of the appreciation period) → Customer service confirms the exchange process → Send out the exchange goods by yourself → Vintage Day sends out the exchange package.

◎Refund process: Receive the package → Apply for exchange to customer service (within 15 days of the appreciation period) → Customer service confirms the refund process → Send out the return goods by yourself → Customer service processes the refund (credit card & PayPal payments will be refunded to the original payment method, cash on delivery will be refunded to the bank account, and a service fee will be deducted).

 

※ If you return the goods for replacement without contacting customer service, Vintage Day will not accept the package.

※ Malicious returns and refunds will result in purchase restrictions, please understand.
